Middletown, N.Y. – November 15, 2012 – Crystal Run Healthcare is proud to announce Managing Partner and CEO, Dr. Hal Teitelbaum has been awarded the David T. Cocks Award for Commitment to Community by the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan County. Dr. Teitelbaum was presented the award by Dr. Michelle Koury, Chief Operating Officer at Crystal Run Healthcare at the reception on Wednesday night.

The prestigious David T. Cocks Award for Commitment to Community is given to individuals that have made significant contributions to enrich the lives of others and recognizes their outstanding leadership and community service. Dr. Teitelbaum was the recipient for Orange County and Mr. Anthony P. Cellini, Town of Thompson Supervisor, was the recipient for Sullivan County.

Dr. Teitelbaum’s community commitment is evidenced by his dedication to improving the access to and quality of health care in the Hudson Valley. He is a member of the Board of Directors of THINC (Taconic Health Information Network and Community). Dr. Teitelbaum is also a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA); a member of the CEO Council of the American Medical Group Association (AMGA); a member with Advanced Standing in the American College of Physician Executives; a member of the Medical Society of the State of New York; and a Member of the American Medical Association.
