Crystal Run Healthcare has developed a robust Hospital Medicine program made up of board certified Internal Medicine physicians dedicated solely to caring for hospitalized patients. Hospitalists are familiar with every aspect of the hospital. Currently working at Orange Regional Medical Center and Catskill Regional Medical Center, our hospitalists communicate frequently with your primary doctor, have access to Crystal Run Healthcare specialists if you should be in need of specialized medical or surgical care while hospitalized, and ensure timely follow-up and smooth care transitions upon discharge. Your primary care physician can be quickly notified of hospital admissions and discharges through a shared Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and will stay in frequent communication with the hospitalist in charge of your care. When you are discharged, details of your treatment become part of your Crystal Run Healthcare Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
