CRYSTAL RUN HEALTHCARE CONGRATULATES DR’S WILLIAM GOTSIS AND LEWIS BROSLOVSKY ON RECENT ACHEIVEMENT AWARDS
Middletown, NY – July 6, 2010- Crystal Run Healthcare is pleased to congratulate two of its physicians, William Gotsis, MD, FACC and Lewis Broslovsky, MD, FACOG on their recent recognitions at Orange Regional Medical Center’s 2010 Physician Appreciation event held June 13.
Dr. Gotsis, honored with the hospital’s Leadership Award, which is presented to a physician who continuously takes an active role in the organization, enhances services, programs, education and relationships and exhibits positive leadership among his peers. Dr. Gotsis currently serves as Co-Director of ORMC’s Cardiac Catheterization Lab and was Cardiology Department Chair and a member of the Medical Executive Committee from 2002 – 2009.
Additionally, Dr. Gotsis, is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and has a particular interest and expertise in invasive and interventional cardiology, including cardiac catheterization and angioplasty.
Dr. Lewis Broslovsky – who retired earlier this month after 33 years of practicing obstetrics and gynecology – received the Lifetime Achievement Award, given to a physician whose life’s work has made a lasting impact on the quality of healthcare in the community. He served as the Chair of ORMC’s Obstetrics & Gynecology Department from January 1998 until September 2007 as well as on the Transfusion, Operating Room, Medical Executive and Bylaws Committees.
Dr. Broslovsky is board certified in obstetrics & gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Society of Laparoscopists and the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology and has been certified in advanced laparoscopy and advanced operative hysteroscopy.
