DR. JEFFREYGRAY BEING HONORED AS ‘NEIGHBOR OF DISTINCTION’ BY NEW HOPE COMMUNITY

Middletown, NY — November 5, 2009— Crystal Run Healthcare is pleased to announce that New Hope Community will honor Jeffrey Gray, MD, Internal Medicine, with the “Neighbor of Distinction” award on Sunday, November 8, 2009. The “Neighbor of Distinction” award recognizes individual's paralleled commitment to New Hope Community’s mission of enhancing the lives of people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.

“Dr. Gray has been a huge advocate for individuals that New Hope Community supports. He has been very giving of his services not only as a physician, but also as a friend and neighbor,” said Laura Morace, Director of Community Development at New Hope Community.

Dr. Gray joined Crystal Run Healthcare in 2004. He is a board certified internist and sees patients at the practice’s Rock Hilllocation. He received his medical degree from New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York. Dr. Gray completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center, Tucson, Arizona.

Dr. Gray has been working with New Hope Community since 2004 coordinating resident medical care and treatment.
