Monroe, N.Y. – October 29, 2015 – On Tuesday, November 10th, 2015, Crystal Run Healthcare will hold a press conference and ground breaking ceremony for their new, innovative, multi-specialty medical facility being constructed in the Town of Monroe on Route 17M.

The event will take place from 10am until 12pm, with a press conference beginning at 10:30am. Remarks from Orange County Executive, Steven Neuhaus, Town of Monroe Mayor, James Purcell, and Crystal Run Managing Partner and CEO, Hal Teitelbaum, MD, JD, MBA, among others, will be followed by a ceremonial dirt toss.  The address for the new facility is 855 Route 17M.  Parking will be located at 791 Route 17M in the town of Monroe. This event is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will be served.

With more than 350 exceptional providers and specialists in nearly 50 fields, Crystal Run Healthcare has been transforming how a medical practice delivers patient care for almost 20 years.  Crystal Run’s new, 70,000 square foot facility currently under construction on Route 17M in Monroe is innovatively designed to promote patient safety, functionality, efficiency and service excellence. This completely new model will feature:

•    Over 20 Specialties
•    Infusion Center
•    Urgent Care
•    Diagnostic Testing Services Including:
o    Diagnostic Imaging: MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound & Echocardiography
o    Women’s Imaging: Mammography, Ultrasound, & Bone Density

Crystal Run’s Monroe ground breaking event, scheduled for November 10th, comes shortly after the practice broke ground on another new facility in West Nyack of the same design.  Both medical facilities, scheduled to open in the summer of 2016, were adapted from our Newburgh design, which was modeled after the Everett Clinic at Smokey Point, a large multi-specialty group north of Seattle, WA, using LEAN principles to promote patient safety. The Newburgh facility officially opened on August 4th this year and has been very well received by patients.
