Practice to Offer Classes in Newburgh and Middletown Facilities
Crystal Run Healthcare has announced the launch of its 2019 series of Smoking Cessation Classes in Orange County, being held from 6:00-7:30PM at the practice’s Newburgh and Middletown facilities located at 1200 Route 300 and 155 Crystal Run Road, respectively.
Classes are held in 7-week modules and are offered free to the community. Each class provides smokers information on the physical addiction of nicotine, effects on the body, and methods of quitting, in addition to guidance on how to deal with stress and cravings, diet and exercise, and whole lifestyle changes to become smoke-free. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions to class.
