Practice Takes Home First Place in Five out of Seven Categories
Middletown, N.Y. – July 31, 2017 – Crystal Run Healthcare has been voted “Best Family Practice”, “Best Cosmetic Surgeon-Dr. Sandra Sacks”, “Best Hearing Aid Center”, “Best Occupational Therapist” and “Best Weight Loss Center” in the Times Herald-Record Readers’ Choice Awards for 2017. This marks the 6th consecutive year that the practice has received top honors in these categories. In addition to being recognized as the ‘best of the best’ in five categories, Crystal Run Healthcare also placed among the top three finalists for “Best Dermatologist- Dr. Valerie Gershenhorn”, and “Best Physical Therapist”.
The Readers’ Choice poll included hundreds of local businesses nominated in more than 180 categories that readers had the opportunity to vote on. More than 205,000 votes were made over the course of twelve weeks and Crystal Run Healthcare took top honors in the Health, Beauty and Wellness Services group in five categories. The practice was presented with seven awards at the Readers’ Choice Awards gala banquet held on Thursday, July 27th at Anthony’s Pier 9 in New Windsor, where over 400 guests were in attendance. Additionally, Crystal Run was recognized in the July 28th special edition of the Times Herald-Record, along with this year’s other winners.
