Donna Laughman, RN

What are some things you have learned throughout your experiences at CRHC?

Throughout my time at Crystal Run Healthcare thus far I have learned how to perform efficient EKG’s, stress tests, and arrhythmia as well as how to provide patients with dedicated and quality care.

What do you think is most important when interacting with your patients?

I think it is important to instill calmness and make them feel as comfortable as possible to alleviate some of their stress.

How long have you been with Crystal Run Healthcare?  What made you choose Crystal Run?
Four Years.  I chose Crystal Run because I wanted to learn about Cardiology from some of the best physicians in the area.

If you could travel to one place right now, where would you go?
New Zealand.  I love the outdoors and hiking and they have the most scenic trails and mountains.

 

Virginia Moore-Stam, RN

What are some things you have learned throughout your experiences at CRHC?
My skills have been sharpened from everything ranging from EKG’s to patient care.

What do you think is most important when interacting with your patients?
I think it is important to establish trust through building rapport as well as showing confidence in what you’re doing to help put the patient at ease.

How long have you been with Crystal Run Healthcare?  What made you choose Crystal Run?
7 Years.  I chose Crystal Run because I wanted to pursue outpatient care.  I have always worked in inpatient care and was looking for another setting within an advanced healthcare facility.

If you could travel to one place right now where would you go?
Hawaii.  I love going to the beach and would love to visit the World War II Memorial.
