About Me

What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

Volunteering in a local emergency room in my early college years made me really want to become a doctor, but I had aspirations since high school.

What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

Being in a position to dramatically improve a patient's life and well-being. That choice was made in my first year as a medical intern when I saw how important a pulmonologist is to the healthcare team.

How do you connect with your patients?

Through communication and exploring their interests.

What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?

I enjoy playing sports, engaging in outdoor activities and spending time with my family.

What is your advice for your patients?

Embrace life and I will help you as much as I can to get the most out of it.
