What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?
Early memory of wanting to become a physician was when I was 14. Had a ruptured appendix and was in critical care for 5 days and in the hospital for 1 month.
What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?
I chose family medicine because it gives me the opportunity to treat the whole patient, work on preventative medicine, treat the whole family, become their mentor, support, educate, healer, coach and many more things.
How do you connect with your patients?
I have been blessed with the ability to connect with patients on many levels with long lasting. I do require mutual respect, honesty and make each individual feel important.
What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?
Photography, Cooking (not baking), outdoors activities, travel, family events, community service.
