About Me
What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?
I became a Nurse Practitioner because I am interested in health and illness and like to work with people to improve or maintain their health.
What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?
I love to build relationships with my patients and educate them while taking care of them. I chose Women's Health because I am interested in wellness across a woman's lifetime including the teen years through adulthood, pregnancy and menopause.
How do you connect with your patients?
I try to make eye contact and listen to my patients. This helps me build a trusting bond with my patients.
What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?
I enjoy skiing, bike riding, playing golf and spending time traveling with my family.
What is your advice for your patients?
I advise my patients to take care of themselves which includes preventive health care and enjoying themselves in life.
