What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?
Going to my pediatrician and having him have a right answer for everything made me want to become a doctor.
What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?
I love that cardiology has real-time and immediate solutions to many cardiac illnesses.
How do you connect with your patients?
I find that listening closely to a patient's history can often times lead to a diagnosis while tests confirm them. Therefore, I value the patient's account of their symptoms the most.
What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?
Sports, Golf, Cooking, Spending time with my son
What is your advice for your patients?
Listen to your body and its limitations. Subtle changes in how you feel can be significant.
