About Me

What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

I wanted to be a doctor because, as a Physician, you can have a tremendous impact on the health and wellbeing of another individual.

What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

A great deal of Heart Disease is caused by unhealthy lifestyle behaviors.  I chose to pursue Cardiology because one has the ability to help people modify their lifestyle and help patients prevent Heart Disease.

How do you connect with your patients?

I connect with my patients by being an active listener and understanding their concerns.

What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?

I love to spend time with my wife and three beautiful children.  I also enjoy running and cooking.

What is your advice for your patients?

I try and spend a great deal of time talking with my patients about nutrition, exercise, stress and other health behaviors.
