When did you start working at Crystal Run Healthcare?
I started working at Crystal Run Healthcare May 2005.

What made you choose a career in this field?
I decided on a career in Medical Technology back in high school because I loved the sciences especially Biology and Chemistry. As I grow in my career I can see how I help with the aid of the results I obtain and give to the physicians to make a difference in the treatment and diagnosis of many patients.

What is your biggest accomplishment within your career thus far?
So far I have grown in my career and now I am supervisor of two sites at Crystal Run Healthcare and have a share in completion of the centralized lab.

What is your favorite part about working at Crystal Run Healthcare?
My favorite part of working here is to be able to work as a team with different departments from physicians to nursing to patient services to providing the best care for patients and see the patients leave satisfied with their care.

What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy kayaking, hiking and camping with my family when I am not working.
