What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?
While working as a physical therapy aid, my love and interest for patient care grew and I realized my calling is to be a family physician.
What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?
I love family medicine because it gives me a chance to care for the grandfather, the parents and the newborn.
How do you connect with your patients?
By listening to my patients and being available to them when they are in need.
What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?
Mountain biking and music. I also like to fence.
What is your advice for your patients?
Prevention is almost always better than treatment.
