JOIN US FOR A FREE SEMINAR PRESENTED BY CERTIFIED DIABETES EDUCATORS.
The Diabetes Self-Management Classes at Crystal Run Healthcare provide education for individuals with diabetes and teaches the skills and knowledge needed to maximize their role in managing blood glucose and optimizing overall health. This program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association.
- Class 1: March 14, 2023 | What is Diabetes / Preventing Complications
- Class 2: April 18, 2023 | Nutrition
- Class 3: May 16, 2023 | Medications / Monitoring Blood Glucose
- Class 4: June 6, 2023 | Emotions & Support / Exercise / Changing Habits
These meetings will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Registration is required.
