The Prediabetes Education Class at Crystal Run Healthcare provides education for individuals with
prediabetes. In just one class, you’ll learn valuable skills and knowledge necessary in order to make
changes to prevent or delay the onset of Type 2 Diabetes. The program includes topics on nutritional
management, exercise, and weight loss. For a limited time, we are offering these classes at no charge.

These meetings will be conducted virtually via Zoom.
