Meet Julian Gregorio, Manage of Communications

Why do you love working at Crystal Run Healthcare?

The simple answer is my coworkers. I work with the most amazing people every single day. From the medical staff to the agents these are the most kind, compassionate, and hardworking people I have had the good fortune to know.

What career path did you take to get to where you are today?

I started at CRHC as a call center agent. I worked my way up to a Communications Team Lead, then Real Time Analyst in our Workforce Department. Ultimately, promoted to my position today as Manager of Communications.

What advice do you have for someone just starting out in your field?

I did not work in the Healthcare field before CRHC, so don’t be afraid to try something new. There is no better way to learn than to ask questions so don’t be shy. My coworkers are all supportive and want you to succeed.

How do you help shape the patient experience at CRHC?

I get to help patients every day behind the scenes. Everything I do is to improve the patient experience. I work with agents, Team Leads, and our Trainers daily to better serve the patients and ensure they are getting the help they need.
