Middletown, N.Y. – December 16, 2015 – Crystal Run Healthcare announces the addition of three new providers to the practice. Joining Crystal Run Healthcare are the following:
Korey Evans, PA, earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies from Mercy College in Bronx, NY. He is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine and is seeing patients in Middletown.
Lawrence Model, MD, earned his Medical Degree from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Saint Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, NY. Dr. Model is Board Certified in Family Practice and is seeing patients in Stony Point.
Jennifer Scheurer, NP, RNFA, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She is a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in Adult Gerontology, specializing in General Surgery, and is seeing patients in Middletown.
