What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?
I was interested in the medical field since my childhood. I always dreamed of becoming a medical doctor to provide help to sick patients as this field is rewarding in terms of personal satisfaction.
What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?
Cardiology is a challenging subspecialty, which needs dedication and commitment. I feel very proud whenever patients thank me when they get better, especially patients with acute MI as AMI is one of the leading causes of death which is curable.
How do you connect with your patients?
I try to be very friendly, straightforward and caring with my patients. I always take time to listen and solve their issues to the best of my ability.
What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?
Traveling, spending time with family and friends, watching sports.
What is your advice for your patients?
Stay active, healthy and change their lifestyle as well as follow the instructions of their physicians.
