Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Measures project performance reports and escalates to management as needed. Successfully manages the relationship with project resources, clients, vendors, and all stakeholders. Performs risk management to minimize project risks. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.

The Charge Entry Representative is responsible for accurate data entry and analysis of provider charges submitted via electronically or paper. The candidate must possess strong proficiency in CPT and ICD-10-CM knowledge and code assignment. Knowledge of anatomy & physiology a plus.
