Why Crystal Run Healthcare

Crystal Run Healthcare: A Community Within

At Crystal Run, our physicians, nurses, technicians, and staff members work tirelessly together to keep patients healthy: one team, coordinating care that combines exceptional medical skill and leading edge technology with the kind of close, personal attention our patients need and deserve.

Crystal Run and its employees are active in many programs and initiatives that inform, involve and impact the local community. Each of us takes great pride in giving back, whether by partnering with local organizations to promote health and wellness or supporting local health care education and training programs. We participate in food drives, toy drives, backpack collections to support local children in need and fundraise for causes like the American Cancer Society and the Hudson Valley Arthritis Walk.

Since 1996, Crystal Run Healthcare has attracted high quality contributors to its team by offering exceptional compensation and one of the most generous benefits packages in the country, which includes:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Coverage
  • Short Term/Long Term Disability
  • Life Insurance (spousal/child coverage available)
  • 401-k (with discretionary match and/or profit sharing)
  • Health Reimbursement Account
  • Flexible Spending Account
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • CME Allowance for mid-level providers
  • Four Weeks Paid Vacation after Four Years (for non-provider employees)
  • Paid Holiday, Sick and Personal Time

But keeping the best employees is just as important as attracting them.  We believe that retention demands more than just good salaries and great benefits.  It’s about fostering a collaborative environment where everyone has a voice… Offering tremendous opportunity for growth, advancement and professional development… Providing access to all the latest medical technology… And, recognizing and valuing each person for a job well done.

Of course, you don’t have to take our word for it. Just ask any of our more than 2,000 employees who find Crystal Run a rewarding place to work.
