What is your favorite part about working at Crystal Run Healthcare?
My favorite part of working for Crystal Run Healthcare is that it is such a growing company that I can grow with and expand my knowledge every day. I get the opportunity to travel to different offices, teaching employees our system, policies and procedures, while learning new things every day myself.  I love being part of a great team and being able to meet new people in all different positions and specialties daily.

What made you choose a career in this field?
I have always done administrative work, and enjoy it but wanted to also become part of something bigger and the healthcare field is one of the biggest and rapidly growing fields today. There are a lot of opportunities of growth in this field and -  at CRHC which I love. I have a passion to help people, and in this position/career I get to help employees learn but also get to be part of a company that is helping people on their road to being healthier.  

What is the best piece of advice you were ever given?
The best piece of advice I was given was that it is not selfish to take care of yourself. You have to take care of yourself first, and be healthy and happy before you can take care of others.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I like to work out, enjoy anything outside and spending time with my family and friends.

Who has influenced you the most in your career and why?
The person that has influenced me the most in my career is my father. He has always pushed us to do better. He has worked multiple jobs himself, and made the most of the position he was in.
