Introducing the Patient Experience Platform powered by NextGen® - Crystal Run’s Secure Patient Portal

7/26 Upcoming changes to NextGen Patient Portal: Medfusion is now NextGen!

We are excited to share there will be some rebranding updates to the NextGen Patient Portal. Starting Friday, July 28th, you’ll see a few new changes to your patient portal screen and online communications that will help make an even easier online experience when accessing records, requesting medication refills, and reaching out to your providers. The new changes include:

  • Medfusion is now NextGen – be sure to look out for future portal-related emails from noreply@nextgen.com.
  • There will be a new link to access the patient portal from a new website URL, pxpportal.nextgen.com. Note: Any links you currently have saved to the patient portal will still work.
  • A new look and feel to your login experience –you’ll see an updated menu to make it even easier to access the information you need.
  • A Patient Portal Feedback survey has now been implemented – give your feedback in real-time right on the patient portal website.
  • View your health record summary information, download health forms and more!

We are pleased to announce that we are now enrolling patients in our new Patient Portal powered by NextGen®. The new Portal provides our patients with an easier and more convenient online experience with a simpler enrollment process. Fast, free, and available anytime, from any web-enabled desktop, laptop, or mobile device, the new Patient Portal powered by NextGen® allows you to take control of your healthcare by eliminating time-consuming phone calls and giving you online access to your provider’s office. Our Patient Portal is convenient, safe, and secure. Only you will have access to your information. 

Features of the new Patient Portal include:

  • Messaging - Communicate with your provider online through a secure platform. Ask your doctor or care team a question, share updates, and/or send an attachment.
  • Medications - Request refills and/or renewals and review your prescription medications.
  • Health Record - View your visit summaries, lab and test results, and medical records.

Added Benefits:

  • Invite Trusted Representatives or Caregivers to access your Patient Portal from your profile.
  • Create a Patient Portal Guardian account - You’ll be able to use your username and password to sign up as a guardian and will be able to view important health information and communicate with your child’s providers. IMPORTANT - Please note you MUST set up your main portal account FIRST in order to link your child’s profile account to yours. Setting up a child account first will create multiple unlinked accounts.

Ready to enroll? Just three steps to get started:

  1. Provide a valid email address to your doctor’s office. You’ll receive an invitation to enroll.
  2. Create a username and password, then follow the onscreen prompts to activate your account.
  3. Use your username and password to securely stay in touch with providers and access your health information anytime, anywhere.
