Meet Patty Vega, Manager Health Information Management

Why do you love working at Crystal Run Healthcare?

It has been satisfying to work at Crystal Run Healthcare and know that I can provide a positive experience in a patient's wellness journey. During my time here I have experienced so much support from my team as we work to achieve our goals in Health Information Management.

What career path did you take to get to where you are today?

I first started out 20 years ago as a Supervisor for medical records at the first OB/GYN practice in the area, formerly Women's Personal Care, which then joined Crystal Run Healthcare. I then moved on to become the Manager of HIM at Crystal Run, where I have watched the medical records department evolve and grow over the years.

What advice do you have for someone just starting out in your field?

The best advice I can give is to always be open to learning and sharing information.
