JOIN US FOR A FREE SEMINAR PRESENTED BY CERTIFIED DIABETES EDUCATORS.
The Diabetes Self-Management Classes at Crystal Run Healthcare provide education for individuals with diabetes and teaches the skills and knowledge needed to maximize their role in managing blood glucose and optimizing overall health. This program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association.
- Class 1: January 30, 2024 | What is Diabetes / Preventing Complications
- Class 2: February 20, 2024 | Nutrition
- Class 3: March 19, 2024 | Medications / Monitoring Blood Glucose
- Class 4: April 16, 2024 | Emotions & Support / Exercise / Changing Habits
These meetings will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Registration is required.
