She joined Crystal Run Healthcare in 2004 as a patient service representative, was quickly promoted to Team Leader a year later, and became the Site Supervisor in our Monroe location in 2008.  Deb continued to excel, growing her reputation as a highly respected leader, and was promoted to the Assistant Director of Patient Services in 2012.  In 2017, Deb transitioned into the role of Director of Operations with oversight of the 95 Crystal Run Road practice site. Whether it is managing a very large staff, re-defining roles in the lean process, implementing new software programs or improving site communication, Deb is outstanding. Deb’s success in attaining CMPE certification is yet another example of her continued professional growth and development at Crystal Run,” said Gaynor Rosenstein, MS, CMPE, and Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Crystal Run Healthcare.
