Providers Joining Multiple Practice Locations throughout Sullivan, Orange and Rockland Counties
Middletown, N.Y. – October 11th, 2017 – Crystal Run Healthcare announces the addition of four new providers to the practice. Joining Crystal Run Healthcare are:
Kathleen King, MSN, FNP, completed her Master of Science in Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner Studies at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urgent Care and will provide care to patients in Middletown.
Sheila Mathew, FNP, BC, completed her Master of Science in Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner Studies at Dominican College in Blauvelt, NY. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Hospital Medicine and will provide inpatient care to hospitalized patients.
Puja Sharma, MD, earned her Medical Degree from People’s Friendship University of Russia Faculty of Medicine in Moscow, Russia and completed her Residency in Family Medicine at New York Medical College, St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Yonkers, NY. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and specializes in Urgent Care. Dr. Sharma will provide care to patients out of Crystal Run’s Urgent Care locations in Monroe, Newburgh, and West Nyack.
Darshan Vairavamurthy, MD, earned his Medical Degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC and completed his Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York University in New York, NY. Dr. Vairavamurthy completed Fellowship trainings in Pain Management at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle, WA and in Cancer Rehabilitation at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY. He specializes in Interventional Pain Medicine and is seeing patients in Monroe and Newburgh.
