Middletown, N.Y. – April 2, 2013 – Crystal Run Healthcare announces the addition of Ilene Rodriguez to the practice as the Director of Patient Accounts. Ms. Rodriguez’s responsibilities as Director of Patient accounts with Crystal Run Healthcare will be to support the financial operations of the practice and oversee the day to day operations of the Patient Accounts department.
Ms. Rodriguez joins Crystal Run Healthcare with over twenty years of experience in patient accounts and medical billing with organizations such as Winthrop University Hospital and Cornell University Medical College. Prior to joining Crystal Run Healthcare, Ms. Rodriguez spent over ten years with Winthrop University Hospital where she held the titles of Billing Manager and most recently, Assistant Director for the Clinical Practice Billing System (CPBS) department. In her role as Assistant Director, Rodriguez was responsible for the day to day operations of the CPBS department which consisted of over 150 employees. Ms. Rodriguez earned her Associates of Science in Business Administration from LaGuardia Community College in Long Island City, NY and holds a Certificate in Leadership Development from Hofstra University in Mineola, NY.
