Providers Joining Multiple Practice Locations throughout Orange and Rockland Counties
Middletown, N.Y. – March 20, 2018 – Crystal Run Healthcare continues to add new providers and new services to its growing practice in the Hudson Valley. Most recently, three new providers joined Crystal Run’s multi-specialty locations in Newburgh and West Nyack. Joining Crystal Run Healthcare’s more than 400 providers are:
Blerim Arifi, MD, earned his Medical Degree from the University of Pristina in Pristina, Kosovo and completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Saint Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY. Dr. Arifi is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is seeing primary care patients in Crystal Run’s state-of-the-art West Nyack facility in Rockland County.
Daphne Pinkas, MD, earned her Medical Degree from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miler School of Medicine in Miami, FL and completed her Residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center Department of Orthopedic Surgery in Bronx, NY. She completed her Fellowship in Orthopedic Adult Reconstruction, Shoulder and Elbow surgery at William Beaumont Health System, Royal Oak, MI. Dr. Pinkas is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and is seeing patients in Crystal Run’s West Nyack facility. She joins Crystal Run’s growing team of orthopedic surgery and sports medicine specialists in Rockland County.
Lisa A. Thayer, ANP-C, completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY. She is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner specializing in Primary Care and will provide care to patients in Crystal Run’s multi-specialty facility in Newburgh.
