Middletown, N.Y. – April 12, 2016 – Crystal Run Healthcare announces the addition of two new providers to the practice. Joining Crystal Run Healthcare are the following:
Bruce Ellsweig, MD, earned his Medical Degree from Thomas Jefferson University Medical School in Philadelphia, PA and completed his residency in Family Practice at York Hospital in York, PA. Dr. Ellsweig is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Palliative Medicine and Hospice and specializes in Family Medicine. He is seeing patients in Rock Hill. Dr. Ellsweig is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice (AAFP) and American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (ABHPM) and serves on the professional advisory committee for the Sullivan County Public Health Services Department. In addition, Dr. Ellsweig is Vice Chairman for the Department of Family Medicine for Orange Regional Medical Center, and is a member of the Middletown Kiwanis Club, and an active board member of OATS (Older Adults Transitional Support of Sullivan County) Committee and the Medical Ethics Sub-Committee at Greater Hudson Valley Health System. Dr. Ellsweig also serves on the Professional Excellence Committee for Greater Hudson Valley Health System and is an adjunct faculty member at Touro Medical College.
Charles C. Kwak, MD, earned his Medical Degree from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, NY and completed his residency in Dermatology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He is Board Certified in and specializes in Dermatology and is seeing patients in Monroe and West Nyack.
