Middletown, N.Y. – May 10, 2021 – Crystal Run Healthcare is pleased to announce that Founder, Managing Partner & CEO, Hal Teitelbaum, MD, JD, MBA is the 2021 recipient of the Barbara Alvarez Humanitarian Award presented by The Police Community Council of the Town of Wallkill, for his contributions to enhancing the quality of life in the Town of Wallkill. Dr. Teitelbaum was presented with the award by Police Community Council President, Brian A. Davis, and Town of Wallkill Police Chief, Robert Hertman, at a Community Council meeting on Thursday, May 6th, held at the Town Hall.

Davis, President, Town of Wallkill Police Community Council.
2021 marks 25 Years since Crystal Run Healthcare was first established by Dr. Teitelbaum along with his partners, Robert Dinsmore, MD and Manual Perry, MD in the Town of Wallkill.
