Jeffrey M. Stewart, MD, and Joanne LaLanne, ANP-BC, formerly of Hudson Valley Hematology-Oncology Associates, have chosen to join its multi-specialty group medical practice as of October 3, 2016. Dr. Jeffrey Stewart and Joanne LaLanne, ANP-BC, are highly trained and provide outstanding personalized care for patients with hematology and oncology disorders and cancers.
Dr. Jeffrey M. Stewart and Joanne LaLanne, ANP-BC will continue to see patients in their current office location, located at 185 Rykowski Lane in Middletown, NY. The phone number will also remain the same, 845-692-0090 and can be used to reach a provider or to schedule an appointment(s). Dr. Stewart and Joanne LaLanne, ANP-BC, join Crystal Run’s already established Oncology & Hematology division which has office locations in Middletown, Monroe, Rock Hill, Newburgh, and West Nyack. In 2010, Crystal Run was one of the first 16 cancer practices in the United States to receive QOPI (Quality Oncology Practice Initiative) certification from the American Society of Clinical Oncology for its cancer-related services and adherence to rigorous standards for high-quality cancer care. Jeffrey M. Stewart, MD, earned his Medical Degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, FL. He is Board Certified in Hematology, Medical Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant and Internal Medicine and completed fellowship training in Medical Oncology, Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL.
Joanne LaLanne, ANP-BC, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, CT. She is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
