Pediatricians and members of the executive team at Crystal Run Healthcare were joined by volunteers who celebrated National Read Across America Day and the birthday of Dr. Seuss, which in recent years have worked together to celebrate reading. It was the first year, however, that Crystal Run Healthcare participated, thanks to Jocelyn A. Dummett, MD, FAAP, Pediatrics Division Lead, who coordinated the event at Crystal Run.

"Reading has always been an inspirational part of my life and something that ultimately led me to new adventures and inspired 'travel' to new worlds," said Dr. Li-Lin Y. Remenar, a pediatrician at Crystal Run. "Reading is a gift I've given to my kids," she added.
