PATIENTS VISITING OUR 95 OFFICE:

There is a water main break on the 1st floor. The Main Entrance is Closed- Patients will be directed to use the Side Entrances. We are making every accommodation to see patients on other floors and when necessary, other buildings. Morning PT/OT appointments are being rescheduled at this time. The cause of the issue was a pipe that burst in the front vestibule, likely due to the prolonged cold. The front of 95 was flooded and the fire alarms were activated. Most services are back on line and most services will be able to resume seeing patients within the hour on the 1st floor.

Some notes:

• Patients who come in the 1st floor will be directed to use the side entrance to the 1st floor for now until the pipe can be repaired.
• PT- patients will be resume being seen at 1PM.
• Water may be temporarily brown while pipes are being flushed.
