When did you start working at Crystal Run Healthcare? 
I started working at CRHC in 2003, I just started year fifteen!

What made you choose a career in this field?
I was a Kindergarten teacher for 10 years when I was offered an opportunity to work as an Oxford Insurance biller at a hospital in Westchester County. Talk about a career change! It is one of the best decisions I ever made.

What is your biggest accomplishment within your career thus far?
Having the honor of working with the caring, professional and talented staff who make up Team Newburgh!  

What is your favorite part about working at Crystal Run Healthcare?
The best part of my day is when I get to meet and greet our patients, get to know them and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have. I also enjoy working with staff to provide quality care and the best experience for our patients. Another favorite thing about my job is doing tours where I can show the community, visitors, patients and providers what is special about Newburgh, CRHC and our LEAN buildings.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Spend as much time as I can with my 7 grandsons.
