When did you start working at Crystal Run Healthcare?

I joined Crystal Run right after finishing my Fellowship at UConn in 2008. I have been here for 11 years now.

What made you choose a career in this field?

Infectious Disease is one of the most fascinating fields in medicine with emergence of drug resistant organisms, disease outbreaks and newly developed diagnostic tests. It can be challenging at times but it is a very professionally satisfying discipline.

What is your biggest accomplishment within your career thus far?

I only feel a sense of accomplishment when my patients are happy with their care.

What is your favorite part about working at Crystal Run Healthcare?

I like the collaborative and friendly environment between all departments at CRHC. Our system makes it easier for doctors to provide care for patients.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I have two young children, and my first priority is to spend as much time with them before they are all grown up. I enjoy traveling with my wife and kids and experiencing other cultures. I am a big football(soccer) fan. I never get tired of watching football, especially FC Barcelona.
