Why do you love working at Crystal Run Healthcare?

CRHC has given me the opportunity to grow professionally and in such a nice and warm work environment where I can put my dedication and skills to the service of our beloved patients and community. It’s important to have amazing colleagues.

What career path did you take to get to where you are today?

I started at CRHC as a Patient Services Representative and then Patient Services Team Lead. I was promoted to Patient Services Supervisor and I believe I will keep growing at CRHC.

What advice do you have for someone just starting out in your field?

The Patient Services Department is the 1st point of contact with our patients. Empathy and active listening are the key words in order to guarantee their warm welcome and satisfactory follow-up. My best advice to anyone just starting out in the field is “treat them the exact same way you would like to be treated.”

How do you help shape the patient experience at CRHC?

Based on my personal experience, I shape the patient experience by listening to them and delivering excellent customer service at the front desk.
