Why do you love working at Crystal Run Healthcare?

I love working at Crystal Run Healthcare because of the care we give to patients and what the company stands for as a whole. I really do feel as if I am a part of something special. I love the people I work with and knowing we are making a difference in patients' lives on a daily basis

What career path did you take to get to where you are today?

 Healthcare has always been in my family so I knew from an early age, I wanted to follow in my family’s footsteps. This was an innate calling for me. I first received a BS in Biology and then went on to my BSN. After being at Crystal Run Healthcare for several years, I obtained my MSN.

What advice do you have for someone just starting out in your field?

My best advice to someone who is starting out in this field is to never give up and be open to learning new things.

How do you help shape the patient experience at CRHC?

I feel I help shape the experience at Crystal Run Healthcare by treating everyone as I would treat a family member. I take pride in all my tasks or any issues I am faced with and ensure I give it my all for a successful outcome.

• 2012 – Hired as RN Team Leader in Family Practice
• 2016 – Promoted to Nursing Supervisor
• 2017 – Promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing
• 2021 – Promoted to Director of Medical Specialties
