What is your favorite part about working at Crystal Run Healthcare?
My favorite part about working at Crystal Run Healthcare over the past 10 years is I’m constantly learning and doing new things, and I’m able to introduce new ideas that are implemented, it’s always evolving.

What made you choose Crystal Run Healthcare?
I chose Crystal Run Healthcare because I was offered a role where I could expand on my HRIS knowledge by maintaining the HRIS system, automating processes within HR, strengthening my report writing skills, working on a variety of projects and working with other departments.

What is your biggest accomplishment?
My biggest accomplishment was assisting with the UltiPro implementation; it was challenging converting an entire HR/Payroll system with about 2,000 employees over to a new system and making sure all the information was loaded correctly. It was a great learning experience.

What do you like to do outside of work?
I like to run/exercise, watch my favorite sports teams, movies and spending time with family and friends.

What is the best piece of advice  you have ever received?
I think I hear the same advice often which is to relax and have faith that everything will work itself out.
