What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

I’ve always wanted to help the sick feel better.

What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

It is very challenging managing cases from all specialties.

How do you connect with your patients?

I always introduce myself and explain the plan for the day to my patients. I also let them know theycan have the nurse call me whenever they need to talk to me.

What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?

Singing, CrossFit, volleyball, working with children of my church

What is your advice for your patients?

Eat healthy and exercise.
