What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

I have been passionate about the world of medicine from a very young age. I was exposed to health care throughout my childhood while visiting my mom at the hospital where she worked. Over the years, my enthusiasm for medicine continued to grow, along with my desire to help people feel better. As an Internal Medicine physician, I remain committed to helping as many patients as possible while doing what I love.
 

What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

Internal Medicine is one of the most intriguing and rewarding areas of medicine. It gives me the opportunity to help patients find answers and relief from their illnesses while building lasting relationships with them.

How do you connect with your patients?

I like to make patients feel comfortable. I enjoy teaching patients about their conditions in a simple and engaging way so they can better understand their health. Most importantly, I want my patients to know they are not alone on their path to a healthier life.

What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?

I enjoy watching movies with my family, working out, and spending quality time with my loved ones.

What is your advice for your patients?

Maintain a balanced diet and focus on prevention, as it is key to avoiding complications. I also encourage patients to keep me informed about their health conditions so we can work together to achieve the best outcomes.
