About Me
What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?
Ever since I learned First Aid as a Boy Scout I wanted to be a doctor. I knew that medicine was definitely for me after I became a certified New York EMT.
What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?
I like seeing different types of patients of all ages with different problems. I like the challenge of making the diagnosis and then deciding on a treatment plan.
How do you connect with your patients?
I look them in the eyes when speaking to them, not at the computer screen. I explain things to them using layman's terms and not medical jargon.
What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?
Spending time with my boys, traveling, going to JETS games, and tinkering with home automation.
What is your advice for your patients?
Enjoy your life and loved ones, exercise and eat healthy.
