What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

I have always loved working with children and knew I wanted to dedicate my life and career to helping children and families. When I started as a volunteer in a Pediatric ward at a hospital, I knew this was the right fit for me.

What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

What I love most about Pediatrics apart from helping children is getting to know different families and helping to guide them in raising healthy and happy kids.

How do you connect with your patients?

Putting myself in their shoes and using effective communication to explain things clearly.

What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?

Hiking, jogging with my husband, cooking, trying new restaurants, reading, and watching movies.

What is your advice for your patients?

I tell them taking care of your mind is just as important as your body, and not to worry too much about the small things in life.
