What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

I wanted to be someone’s primary support while navigating the very overwhelming place that is our healthcare system and work with them to become the best version of themselves.

What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

I chose medicine because it allows me to help people navigate complex, chronic health issues and build long-term relationships centered on their well-being. I value the opportunity to guide patients through difficult decisions and improve their quality of life over time.

How do you connect with your patients?

I like to listen to understand what their health goals are, listen deeply when they are afraid or concerned about something and be their biggest advocate in the medical system.

What is your advice for your patients?

My advice to patients is to focus on preventive health. The goal is to keep you feeling your best and doing what you love for as long as possible. Regular check-ins make all the difference—they help us catch things early and stay on track together.
