Delayed opening Monday, February 23, West Nyack office closed

UPDATE- Due to the continued snow impacting Rockland County, our West Nyack office and Urgent Care will be CLOSED on Monday, February 23. 

All Crystal Run Healthcare offices and Urgent Care locations except West Nyack, will open at 12 p.m. on Monday, February 23. Any appointments scheduled prior to 12 p.m. on February 23 will need to be rescheduled.

Select appointments scheduled before 11:45 a.m. may be converted to a virtual visit at your provider's discretion. Please check your MyChart notifications for any updates to your appointment type.

If you plan to cancel your appointment scheduled for tomorrow, please notify us by calling 1-845-703-6999.
