Practice to Offer Classes in Middletown
Middletown, N.Y. – August 28, 2019 – Crystal Run Healthcare offers 2019 Diabetes Self-Management Education Classes in Orange County, presented by Certified Diabetes Educators.
Classes are being held at the practice’s Middletown facility, located at 155 Crystal Run Road in the 3rd floor conference room A.
The Diabetes Self-Management Classes at Crystal Run Healthcare provide education for individuals with diabetes and teaches the skills and knowledge needed to maximize their role in managing blood glucose and optimizing overall health. This program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association.

Classes are free and open to the community. RSVPs are not required, walk-ins are welcome.
