Middletown, N.Y. – August 25, 2015 – Crystal Run Healthcare is pleased to announce the promotion of Kathleen Ferris to Director of Operations in Newburgh. In her new role with Crystal Run, Ms. Ferris will provide leadership for all aspects of service and business performance at Crystal Run’s newest multi-specialty building in Newburgh.
Ms. Ferris joined Crystal Run in 2003. Previously, she held the title of Director of Patient Services and more recently, Director of Service Excellence. Throughout her time at Crystal Run, Ms. Ferris has helped to further enhance the culture of service excellence at all Crystal Run Healthcare locations through implementation of evidence-based tools, tactics and techniques. Additionally, Ferris has helped to establish and spread best-practices throughout the practice. Ferris is co-chair of the Crystal Run Healthcare Wellness Committee and is also a 2012 graduate of Leadership Orange.
