Providers Joining Practice Locations in Orange, Sullivan, and Rockland Counties
Crystal Run Healthcare announces the addition of eight new providers to the practice. Joining Crystal Run Healthcare are:
Funsho Busari-Alabi, MD, earned his Medical Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria and completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine at North General Hospital in New York, NY. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and his clinical interests include cardiac-related conditions. Dr. Funsho Busari-Alabi provides inpatient care to patients as part of Crystal Run Healthcare’s Hospital Medicine Program at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital.
Anthony Cestaro, PA, completed his Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College in Manhattan, NY. He is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in Urgent Care. His clinical interests include laceration repair, orthopedics and trauma. Anthony will provide care to patients at Crystal Run’s Urgent Care locations in Middletown, Monroe, Newburgh, Rock Hill, and West Nyack.
Amitava Das, MD, earned his Medical Degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies and completed his Residency in Family Medicine at Bronx Lebanon Family Medicine Department in Bronx, NY. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and provides inpatient care to patients as part of Crystal Run Healthcare’s Hospital Medicine Program at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital.
Therese Fitzgerald, MSN, AGNP-C, has been a part of Crystal Run Healthcare for 21 years as a Registered Nurse and completed her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY. Therese recently became a Board Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in Cardiology. Her clinical interests include Interventional Cardiology and she provides care to patients in Middletown, Monroe, Newburgh, and Rock Hill.
Masood U. Haque, MD, FAAEM, earned his Medical Degree from State University of New York at Brooklyn in Brooklyn, NY and completed his Residency in Emergency Medicine at Lincoln Medical Center, New York Medical College in Bronx, NY. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and is treating patients at Crystal Run’s Urgent Care locations in Middletown and Newburgh.
Kara D. Hommerding, PA-C, completed her Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. She is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology. Her clinical interests include eczema, acne, skin cancer, and uncommon diagnoses. She provides care to patients in Goshen, Newburgh, and Rock Hill.
Meilig Moran, FNP, completed her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from College of New Rochelle in New Rochelle, NY. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urgent Care. Her clinical interests include urgent care and family health and she is now providing care to patients at Crystal Run’s Urgent Care locations in Middletown, Monroe, and Newburgh.
Zehra Rahman, PA-C, completed her Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, VA. She is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology. Her clinical interests include preventative medicine, acne, rosacea, and skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. Zehra provides care to patients in Goshen and Rock Hill.
