When did you start working at Crystal Run Healthcare?
I started working at CRHC in March of 2010

What made you choose a career in this field?
I chose a career in occupational therapy because I enjoy helping people get back to their previous level of functioning after an injury or a traumatic event. I enjoy helping people to become more functional in their daily lives, in whatever capacity is important to them.
I typically see patients  a few times a week which really allows me to get to know my patients and to develop therapeutic relationships.

What is your biggest accomplishment within your career thus far?
My biggest accomplishments  within my career would be getting my Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy  (OTD) and getting my Hand Therapy Certification ( CHT). Attaining both degrees has increased my knowledge base to better meet the needs of my patients. And I am one of the few providers in the county with the CHT certification

What is your favorite part about working at Crystal Run Healthcare?
I get to be a part of a collaborate team and CRHC affords me the opportunity to consult with other providers to best meet the needs of my patients.
