Why do you love working at Crystal Run Healthcare?

This is the best place I’ve ever worked in! I adore my team and supervisors. We all take care of each other. It’s always nice to be in an environment where you feel you belong.

What career path did you take to get to where you are today?

I actually started out as a pet stylist. I wanted to move on from helping animals to helping people!

What advice do you have for someone just starting out in your field?

You’ll have good days and even better days. Remember, before patients see the provider, they see you first. It’s a lot of work with paperwork and services, but it’s honest work. You are important!

How do you help shape the patient experience at CRHC?

From filling out last-minute forms, squeezing in an appointment, to even lending an ear- I love seeing the satisfaction on patients’ faces when I helped them achieve what they needed. Giving out stickers to the kiddos never gets old!
